Justin (Synchro Plants) Vs. Julias (Blackwings)

Julias won the opening roll and will be going first.

Julias set four cards to his spell and trap zone to end his turn.

Justin set one card to his spell and trap zone to end as well. Julias flipped Mystical Space Typhoon in the end phase to destroy Justin’s set Enemy Controller.

Julias summoned Blackwing – Shura the Blue Flame. Shura attacked directly for 1800.

Justin set one card to his back field and ended.

Julias activated Cards for Black Feathers; removing from play Blackwing – Sirocco the Dawn from his hand to draw two cards. Shura attacked directly again, and then Julias set two cards to his back field to end his turn.

Justin activated Dark Hole, and Julias flipped My Body as a Shield; paying 1500 to negate Dark Hole. Justin then set one monster to end his turn. Julias flipped Delta Crow – Anti Reverse to destroy Justin’s set Book of Moon.

Shura attacked into Justin’s set Spore; Shura’s effect special summoned Blackwing – Vayu the Emblem of Honor. Vayu attacked directly. Vayu was tuned to Shura to synchro summon Ally of Justice Catastor.

The score was Justin’s 3600 to Julias’s 6500.

Justin activated Monster Reborn, but Julias flipped Royal Oppression; paying 800, to negate its activation.  Justin set one monster to end his turn.

Catastor attacked into Justin’s set Debris Dragon.

Justin set one monster to end his turn.

Julias summoned Blackwing – Kalut the Moon Shadow. Catastor attacked into Justin’s set Doomcaliber Knight. Kalut attacked directly.

Justin drew and passed.

Kalut and Catastor both attacked for game!

Justin is starting off game two.

Justin set one monster, followed by two cards to his back field to end his turn.

Julias activated Cards for Black Feathers; removing Blackwing – Bora the Spear, to draw two cards. Black Whirlwind was activated, and Blackwing – Shura the Blue Flame was summoned. Black Whirlwind’s effect got Blackwing – Kalut the Moon Shadow to his hand. Julias then set two cards to his back field to end his turn.

Justin flipped up his set D. D. Warrior Lady, and Julias flipped Solemn Warning to negate its summon. Justin then activated two copies of Burden of the Mighty. Cyber Dragon was special summoned, and Julias flipped another Solemn Warning to negate Cyber Dragon’s summon. Justin then activated Enemy Controller to turn Shura to defense mode. Thunder King Rai-Oh was summoned. Rai-Oh attacked into Shura.

Julias activated Giant Trunade to send back all spell and trap cards on the field to their owners’ hands. Black Whirlwind was activated next. Blackwing – Kalut the Moon Shadow was summoned, and Julias tried to add a monster from Whirlwind’s effect; but he was reminded that Thunder King Rai-Oh’s effect prevented him from adding cards to his hand. Julias then ended his turn.

Justin re-activated both copies of his Burden of the Mighty. Then Justin set one card to his back field. Rai-Oh attacked Kalut.

Julias set one card to his back row and ended.

Justin set one card and attacked directly.

Julias set one more card to end his turn.

Justin attacked for game!

And we are moving on to game three!

Julias will be going first in the last game of the match.

Julias set one card to his back field and summoned Blackwing – Shura the Blue Flame. Julias ended his turn.

Justin summoned D. D. Warrior Lady, and Julias flipped Solemn Warning to negate its summon. Justin then set one card to his back field to end his turn.

Julias set one monster, and Shura attacked directly. Then Julias set one card to his back field to end his turn.

Justin summoned Doomcaliber Knight. Julias flipped Icarus Attack; tributing his facedown Blackwing – Vayu the Emblem of Honor to destroy Justin’s monster and his set Book of Moon.  Justin then set one card to his back field to end his turn.

Shura made another direct attack, Julias then set one card to his back field to end his turn.

Justin activated Burden of the Mighty, and then set one monster to end his turn.

Shura attacked into Justin’s set Debris Dragon. Julias sent Blackwing – Kalut the Moon Shadow during damage calculation to destroy it. Shura’s effect special summoned Blackwing – Gale the Whirlwind. Gale attacked directly. Julias then ended his turn.

Justin summoned D. D. Warrior Lady. Warrior Lady attacked into Gale, and Julias flipped Icarus Attack; tributing Gale to destroy Warrior Lady and Justin’s set card.

Julias then special summoned Dark Armed Dragon; its effect activated, by removing Kalut in his graveyard to destroy Justin’s Burden of the Mighty. Blackwing – Blizzard the Far North was summoned; its effect special summoned Gale. Julias showed Monster Reborn and Justin conceded the game.

Julias won 2-1!
